Here's a few of the most common questions I've been asked during my time creating Keepsakes.  Hopefully you'll find it helpful, but if you have anything else you'd like to ask, or would just like to chat about it, just Get in Touch.
How many items should I send?
It depends on the size of Keepsake you've chosen. For a Lap Size Keepsake I would recommend around 15 items. For a Cotbed Size I'd suggest around 25 items and for Single sizes, 40 items. Teddies require around 6-8 items.
Are there any items you cannot use?
In my time creating keepsakes there's been very little that I've not been able to include. That being said, some items do work better than others. I've written more about this in this blog post: Choosing Baby Clothes for your Pretty Little Polka Dot Keepsake.
How do I get the clothes to you?
Once you've booked your space and paid the deposit, I'll send you out an information pack. This includes a mailing bag with our address on, so you can send your little ones clothes to us.
How long before I receive my Keepsake?
I'll always aim to have your Keepsake finished and back home within 4 weeks of recieving your little ones things. If you need it sooner, I may be able to do this, so please just ask. I like to keep customers up to date with the progress of their keepsake, so you will get regular updates from me about the progress of your Keepsake. 
What happens to any unused clothes?
Any unused and uncut items will be returned along with your finished Keepsake.
How will my finished Keepsake be posted back?
Because a Keepsake is so precious, I'll only use Royal Mail special Delivery to send your Keepsake home to you. This will guarantee next day delivery by 1pm and is fully tracked and signed. The only exception to this would be our single sized Keepsake Quilts, which are rather heavy, and we send these using parcelforce 24.
