For me, it's about the personal connection. From the very first message, to the little sneak peeks I'll share along the way, you'll know your precious memories are being lovingly cared for.

1. Get in touch
Let me know you're interested in having a Keepsake created. I'll answer your questions, request the deposit and get you booked in.
2. I'll send you an information pack
This is where you can tell me about any extra special items and can note any embroidery details.
3. Send me your clothes
Your information pack will contain a mailing bag with my address already on. I will let you know the moment your precious clothes arrive here.
4. I'll request the final balance
5. Your Keepsake is created!
This is where the magic happens! I will keep you up to date with progress and sneak peek photos. If I have any questions I will get straight in touch.
6. You'll receive your keepsake.
